1. Subject matter of the contract

naturenpure.ch sells to business/private customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer") the goods specified in the online store or in
written offers under the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC). If an order is placed at minerstore.ch, it is considered binding and cannot be canceled.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and minerstore.ch is only concluded when the customer places an order and minerstore.ch accepts the order. The customer's order is placed via the website minerstore.ch and accepts the order,
, by (a) sending the customer an order confirmation (by e-mail or letter post) or (b) delivering the ordered goods
(incl. delivery bill).

3. Product range

All information on the goods that the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular
are subject to changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing. All technical information on the individual goods is based on the manufacturer's specifications and is binding within this framework.

4. Terms of payment

All product prices are guide prices that are continuously adjusted to the market. They are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.
Transport and packaging costs are charged separately, written orders. Payment
must always be made net within 30 days of the invoice date. As large sums are involved in the mining sector, payment with the payment method "on account" is only possible up to CHF 200.

5. Terms of delivery

The ordered products can only be shipped to an address in Switzerland. If in stock, the products will be delivered immediately to the address specified by the customer. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent with the expected delivery date. The goods are delivered at the customer's expense and risk, even if partial deliveries are made. In the event of externally visible damage to the ordered goods, claims will only be settled against a certificate from the respective carrier. If an ordered product is no longer available at the time of delivery, minerstore.ch expressly reserves the right to replace the product with an equivalent product.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of minerstore.ch until full payment has been made. minerstore.ch is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the
retention of title register. If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, minerstore.ch shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and take possession of the goods. If the invoice is not paid after a reminder, debt collection proceedings will be initiated.

7. Right of return

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons to
and to return the goods. Please return the delivered items undamaged, functional, complete and in perfect original packaging with the completed returns form by contacting us at www.minerstore.ch/kontakt. If the above conditions are not met, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer. The customer shall also bear the costs of the return shipment. The customer will be invoiced by minerstore.ch for any repairs. If the customer has returned the goods properly and on time, he will receive a credit note from minerstore.ch or, on request, a replacement delivery. Products in the Miner and MiningRig category have no right of return.

8. Warranty for defects and liability

The warranty period for all products offered on the Internet is the manufacturer's warranty period, unless a longer warranty period is expressly stated at
. Products will be replaced or repaired free of charge if the defect is reported in writing by the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. If a product can no longer be repaired or replaced, an equivalent replacement product will be exchanged or a credit note issued to the customer. If products that are replaced directly by minerstore.ch within the warranty period are subsequently found to be a warranty case that has not been confirmed by the manufacturer, minerstore.ch reserves the right to pass on any costs incurred. Since minerstore.ch can only carry out limited repairs for products within the warranty period, the customer can be referred directly to the
repair centers of the product manufacturer. The warranty expires if changes or repairs are made to the goods without the written
consent of minerstore.ch. To the extent permitted by the statutory
provisions, liability for damages is excluded. In particular, minerstore.ch shall not be liable for damage that
is attributable to improper use or natural wear and tear or for damage that has not occurred to the delivered item itself (consequential damage). No guarantee can be given for products in the PC components category in minerstore.

9. Intellectual property

minerstore.ch reserves all rights to every design, text and graphic on its website. Copying or
any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order at minerstore.ch

button icons are registered trademarks, trademarks or service marks of minerstore.ch. All other trademarks, product names or company names or logos cited on
